Subscriptions of World of Warcraft Will Expand Faster DateTime:5/23/2012 10:37:34 AM
WOW has been a license to print money for Blizzard for a long time, a company without any shortage of profitable franchises. But as it turns out, even the most popular franchise in the most populous market isn’t immune to the ups and downs of fan tastes. Blizzard has revealed that just months after the record-breaking launch of Cataclysm, the number of subscribers has dropped to its lowest point since 2008. Due to the tendency of wow gold to burn through content, Blizzard is already planning on developing and releasing future expansions at a much faster rate.
Blizzard did a great job helping players get acclimated in the starting area – well enough that someone my age could figure it out quite easily. The starting quests, like many these days, were designed to teach the user how to play the game, the mechanics, and cheap wow gold. What these starting areas did not do well on, though, was help the new player adjust to some of the more fun parts and other realities of the game: grouping and PVP. Either way, my goodness was it fun.
